At Paula Home Styles and Interiors, we are committed to delivering quality home décor products to our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Reporting Issues
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported on the same day the item is received. Reports made after this period may not qualify for a return or replacement.
To report an issue, please contact us with the following:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging if applicable

Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The item received is different from what was ordered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
The item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Returned in the same condition it was delivered
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used
- Items reported after the same day of delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order items
Replacement Policy
If a product qualifies for return due to damage or defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the same item, subject to stock availability
- Store credit
- Refund, where applicable
Return Shipping
If the issue is confirmed to be due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Paula Home Styles and Interiors will arrange or cover the return delivery where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through:
- The original payment method, where possible
- M-Pesa transfer for Cash on Delivery orders
